一、暑期计划
The summer holiday is coming. Im going to have a good rest and learn to relax myself. I will read more useful books because reading more books is not only interesting but also can make me learn more knowledge. I will try to spend more time in chatting with my parents and help them to do some housework. I am going to take part in the social activities so that I can know more about the society. If possible, Id like to go to Shanghai for a visit of the World Expo. Im sure Ill have an interesting and meaningful summer holiday.
二、帮助他人
Hello, everyone. Im Li Zhi. Its nice to speak about help here. In our life we often help others and also get help from others. When we help our classmates with their study and other things, we can develop our friendship. If we give a hand to old people, we can understand the meaning of pleasure. As we know, patient in our life. I think we can get much when we help the people around us. As the saying goes, Giving is much better than receiving.
三、行为表现
As a student in Yibin, we should behave well. First, I think its very important to do everything on time and keep promises. Never lie to others or say dirty words. Next we should be polite to others and ready to help people in need. Then wed better not talk loudly in public. Dont throw litter or spit anywhere. And remember to obey traffic rules.
Finally, learn to work with others. We need good team work in our life.
四、做运动
I think its very important for everyone to do sports. I like sports because theyre not only good for my health but also good for my study. My favorite sport is swimming. Whenever I am free, I will have a swim with my friends in the swimming pool. After swimming,I usually feel happy and relaxed. Whats more,Ican put more energy into my study. So lets do sports,and we will become stronger and stronger.

My pen pal, Mike,will come to our school to study next mouth. He is an American. He is fifteen. There are three people in his family. His father is an engineer,and his mother is a teacher. He wants to learn Chinese,and he loves Chinese food. Thats the reason why he will come to China. I hope you can make friends with him.
六、谈论科目
English is my favourte subject because English is used widely in the world，especially in Yiwu，a city with so many foreigners. Whats more，I like it because my English teacher is kind and friendly to me.
In order to learn English well，I read English aloud every morning and listen to the teacher carefully in class. After class，I often wacth English programs and keep an English diary every day.
In a word, I love English and I will continue to learn it better.
七、广州亚运会
The sixteenth Asian Games will be held in Guangzhou China from November 12th to 27th in 2010. Guangzhou has become the second city in China to host the Asian Games. There will be 41 events in 43 gyms Duning the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games. About 14700 athletes and team official from 45 Asian countries and regions will come to Guangzhou. Do you know what the mascot is? Well,it is a group of five goats called Leyangyang,which means happy in Chinese. Guangzhou welcome friends from all Asian countries and regions.

As we all know that 2010 World Expo will be held in Shanghai , this is the first time that China hosted the World Expo. The World Expo has a long history but it has never been held in Asia. So it is a great honor for our country. It is also a great honor for all the Asians. As a host city, Shanghai will have more chances to develop quickly. The theme of the Expo is Better City, Better Life. We all really hope that Shanghai will become more exciting and attractive and that we can enjoy life to the fullest. Organizers expected to attract 70 million visitors from all over the world to attend, at the same time it is also the largest in the history of World Expo. It is a good chance for China to show its achievements in many fields。
九、环保
If earthquake happened, firstly, dont panic and calm down. Secondly, find some safe place to stay and dont run in such a hurry. If in the room, one should hide himself/herself under something hard, such as desk, table or even bed and keep away from shelf and cupboard, and never take a lift to go downstairs. If in the open air, find an open place and never get close to cars or waterside. Thirdly, we should help each other when we meet trouble. At last, no matter how strong the earthquake is, if only we have the belief to defeat it and never give up, we must be able to overcome any difficulties。
十、地震
An earthquake happened on April 14th in the Yushu county of Qinghai province. There are many people died in this earthquake. When we heard the news, we were all shocked and sad. But when I think of Wenchuan, I believe that people in Yushu are not alone, because we, all the Chinese, will be with them. We should try our best to help people in Yushu. I will take actions to help the people, such as donating money and things they need for them. And we should make friends with homeless children and cheer them up. If possible, I want to be a volunteer in Yushu and help them build the new house! I hope that they can overcome the disaster and lead happy lives in their rebuilt home soon。
十一、难忘的一天
It was Sunday. Our teacher Mr Zhu led us to a park nearby.Usually we go to the park to spend our holiday. But today we went there to take part in voluntary labour.
We got there at nine oclock. Mr Zhu divided us into three groups and then we began working.
the students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. the studentsin Group Two were busy collecting litter left by the tourist. they also cleaned the benches in the park. I was in Group Three. We went to the childrens playground and cleaned all the equipment there. We worked very hard.
At about eleven we finished working. We met at the gate of the park. We all felt tired but very happy.
十二、身体健康
All of us want to be healthy. First，we should get enough sleep during the
night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is bad for our
health. Second, we must have the right kinds of food. We should eat more fruit
and vegetables and less meat. We should drink a lot of water. We should have
healthy eating habits. Third, we should do more exercise to build up our bodies.
Finally, we should wash hands before meals and brush our teeth twice a day. If
we dont feel well, we should go to see the doctor at once.
十三、梦想
Everyone has his dreams, but not all these dreams can come true. People give up their dreams for this or that reason. Those whose dreams become true have at least one thing in common, that is, they always hold fast to their dreams.
