应用话题：科技类，人与自然类
常用句型：1, it not only helps us to do sth. but also brings potential problems including
2, on the one hand. On the other hand
3, Like a double-side sword, it bring both good and bad to our lives.
2, 今昔对比
事物总是变化发展的，特别是如果有重大变化，或与你相关的重大变化，都可以提一提，这样既加入个人经历使话题更亲切，增加了近一倍的表达内容。其次还可以总结下今昔不同的原因，说明的问题。最后，谈及过去必然用到过去时，丰富语法。
应用话题：大部分话题
常用句型：1, I still remember when I was young, about XX years old, sth. was quite different.
2, a great change has taken place here
3, in the past/ a few years early but now/ at present.
例：What do you think about haze in Nanjing?
1,正反对比。
Heavy haze in Nanjing means that the air condition here is very bad. For most of people, haze simply means something bad. But for us students, it brings both good and bad.
The good thing is that we dont have to go to school on haze days. We are allowed to relax several days at home.
But, after all, haze is really bad for it does harm on our health and even causes disease. Whats more, it makes citizens nervous about the whole environment of the city.
I think we should do our best to stop it from spreading.

When I was at the age of 7 or 8, I didnt have in mind something called haze. In those days, the sky was much clearer than it is now. We could breathe freely at that time.
But now, haze is becoming an increasingly serious problem in our daily life. During the days when there is haze in the city, the sky turns grey. On heavy haze days, we even cannot be able to see the sky any more.
I think this change is mainly caused by the development of industry. So we should make a balance
